Currently, I am hitting a consistent 240 carbs, 170 protein, and 60 fats. Todays lunch is 6 ounces of baked chicken and a cup of steamed rice with a banana to finish off the meal! I started summer shredding about two weeks ago and I have lost about three pounds as of today.
