Update:

Well, it sure has been a while. When I first made this blog, I told myself I wanted to post daily and see how it goes. Well, I figured out really quickly just how much time something like this can take up. Now that school is out and I have a bit more time in the evening, I figured, why not lets try it again. I’m not going to promise that I will post daily, however, I will try my hardest.

Starting at the beginning of June, my girlfriend left to travel to Washington, D.C. Without her being in town, I haven’t been making the trip to the gym trying to save gas. I have been working out each and every day using my own equipment and machines. While its nice to have a gym so convenient, I also am struggling to get the best workout in possible.

Today, I did a basic shoulder workout with some basic movements, and I also implemented some simple chest workouts in as well to help tone my chest. Later tonight I will do a small cardio session, as well as a core workout, each of which will be ranging from 10-15 minutes.
