I am super excited to get back to the gym! I got to see my girl today, and she is also super excited. Tomorrow I will be doing a Push workout (chest, shoulders, triceps). I will push myself harder than ever, to get back on the weightlifting track. On the bright side, I have been able to continue working out over the past nine days, however, my volume hasn’t been tracked as well. I feel pretty good, and haven’t noticed an extreme amount of muscle loss. With my shredding diet quickly coming to an end, I want to make these last couple of weeks as extreme as I can and get as lean as I can. Hope you all have had a wonderful day, thank you!
